If you are talking about a getting dental work done my advise would be to get dental insurance or a dental plan to help reduce you dental cost for services render. Then call the dentist under the plan before going to see if they offer a payment plan. More and more dentist do offer a payment plan now that time are hard for everyone.

If it is about getting an office then I am sorry can not help you there

Care Credit is the best thing to finance your loan. Don’t think of an office to finance your work. With times as bad as they are, most offices cannot afford the risk of nonpayment. People will pay their mortgage, cell phone bill, electric and water bills before paying the doctor. I’ve been burned too many times now to finance much. Care credit can help you out. It’s the same thing as a credit card.
