Shouldn’t!
A State MMJ registry is supposed to be confidential like medical records. By void student loans you must mean impact the ability to obtain – no a medical recommendation should not.
Lol – right because if smoking MJ voids a loan…means a loop BOWL!

No. I work with student loans and there is absolutely no correlation to any medical marijuana card and your loans.
What can “discharge” your loans is if you are labeled as permanently disabled and on disability for the us gov. If you are, you can contact Direct Loan Servicer and ask for “disability discharge” paperwork to have your loans forgiven.
